BUYER AND SELLER AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW
The Seller, (known as LoveBug Chihuahuas from this point forward), represents that the puppy has no known disease or illness, and has no known congenital or hereditary conditions that would adversely affect the health of the puppy at the time of sale or that is likely to adversely affect the health of the puppy in the future.
The Buyer is responsible for payment of veterinarian fees for examinations, vaccinations, x-rays, and all other medical treatments for the puppy in the future.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the puppy passes away in the Seller’s care. In this event, the Buyer will be able to choose another puppy of equal value or have the deposit returned.
The Seller cannot, and does not, guarantee breeding ability, size, or quality of show.
The Buyer understands that a Chihuahua puppy requires extra care and attention to remain healthy. The puppy should be supervised when small children are present and should not be left alone for long periods or left outside unattended. The Buyer understands the Chihuahuas need for warmth and comfort and understands that this puppy is much better suited to residing indoors.
The Buyer has been made aware of this breeds’ susceptibility to hypoglycemia and has been provided with verbal and written information regarding prevention, recognition of, and courses of treatment for the condition. As such, the Seller will not be responsible for the puppy becoming hypoglycemic.
The Buyer agrees not to do any extensive traveling with the puppy unless it is to the veterinarian until the puppy is fully vaccinated. If the Buyer chooses to take the puppy places and the puppy dies due to any contracted diseases, the Seller’s guarantee is invalid. Additionally, this guarantee does not cover parvo, which is extremely contagious, so please, have your puppy vaccinated.
If for ANY reason the Buyer is unable to provide a loving home for the puppy, Lovebug Chihuahuas has first right or refusal for the dog and /or will assist in finding a home for the dog. This dog will NEVER see the inside of an animal shelter.
